I couldn’t even use my mount, which felt way more frustrating than it probably should have. I was all ready to set it up, and then nope, complete letdown. Kind of ruined the whole thing for me.

I bought this thinking it would give my windshield a clean, tucked-away look, but it’s way more noticeable than I expected. The unit feels kind of bulky once it’s up there, and the cables make it even harder to keep things looking neat. it almost feels like they designed it to look obvious on purpose, like they wanted it to seem more “high-tech” than discreet. It might work perfectly fine, but if you’re trying to keep your setup hidden and subtle, I’d say it’s a letdown.

Not gonna lie, the G-sensor on this thing is kind of frustrating. Even on the low setting, every little bump in the road ends up locking files, and it gets annoying quickly

I was really hoping this would be decent but the audio sounds muffled and crackly. Voices are hard to make out and I keep having to turn it up just to understand what people are saying. not happy with it.

The loop recording on this thing just doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to. It claims it’ll overwrite old clips when the card fills up, which would be great if it actually did that. Instead, mine just stops recording once the card is full. I tried formatting the card a few times because, sure, maybe that would magically fix it, but nope, same issue every time. Ended up missing a drive I actually needed recorded, which is fantastic for a dash cam

I bought it from viofo.com thinking the higher price would mean I was getting something a bit more impressive, but uh, it just didn’t feel that way once I had it. It works fine, but for what I paid, I expected a better overall experience.

The setup and extras also felt like more of a hassle and added cost than I was hoping for. Maybe it’s a good fit for other people, but at this price, I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I picked up this Viofo dash cam thinking the video would be really crisp, but it’s been a bit hit or miss. During the day it looks fine for the most part, until a car passes quickly and the license plate gets blurry. At night, though, it’s more disappointing — lots of glare, noise, and just not the clean footage I was hoping for. It does the job, I guess, but for what it costs, I expected better.

I was just trying to find some dashcam accessories, but the menu kept bouncing me around like every online store does when they overcomplicate things. Too many clicks, vague labels, and nothing seemed to be where you’d expect. I gave up after a few minutes because it was just annoying

I tried to file a warranty claim, but they kept giving me the runaround instead of actually helping. Every time I reached out, it felt like they were avoiding the issue or pushing it off. In the end, I was really disappointed with how they handled it, and personally, I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from them again.

The night footage is way darker and blurrier than I expected. Most of the time I can’t even read license plates, which is kind of the whole point. Kinda regret buying it.

I bought a viofo cam and the video quality has been fine, so I don’t really have complaints there. The annoying part has been the memory card situation. One of my older 128GB cards kept throwing errors, even though it works perfectly in other devices. What made it more frustrating was getting inconsistent answers about which cards would actually work, so I had to dig through their recommended list and buy one from there. After that, it worked better, but it’s still kind of irritating that you can’t just use any decent micro SD card. Overall it’s not a bad camera, just not as smooth of an experience as I expected.

I’ve been loyal to this brand for a while, so I really wanted to love this camera. It works fine and does what it’s supposed to, but the build quality left me a little conflicted. The plastic body is nice and light, but it doesn’t feel as solid in the hand as I was hoping. The buttons are on the smaller side and feel kind of clicky, though the mount seems sturdy enough so far. For the price, I expected a slightly better finish. It’s not a bad camera by any means, just not quite up to what I usually expect from them

The dash cam itself seems okay, but the mount gave me a bad first impression. Right out of the gate it felt cheap and annoying, and after driving for a little while it starts getting loose and shaking. I cleaned the windshield, pressed it back on firmly, and still had the same issue again. For the price, I really expected the mount to feel more solid. Disappointed

I bought this for my car hoping it would be reliable, but it kept shutting off on hot days. The casing got really warm and I ended up with recordings that had chunks missing, which is frustrating. I also felt kind of ignored because the issue didn’t seem like something anyone was really concerned about. Maybe it works fine if you live somewhere cooler, but for my weather, it was a waste

It missed a lot of bumps and drained my battery way faster than I expected. I really wanted it to work well, but after using it, I’d say it’s not something I’d recommend.

I really wanted to like this, but it keeps crashing at random times. I have a basic standard for apps: they should run reliably without interrupting what I’m doing. Unfortunately, this one hasn’t been dependable for me so far.

The app connects every now and then, but the Wi-Fi drops constantly and it’s really frustrating. What makes it worse is there doesn’t seem to be any real human support to contact, so you’re just stuck trying to figure it out on your own

I ordered from Viofo and the delivery was frustrating. The tracking barely moved or updated, and the package showed up way later than I expected. I kept having to check it myself because they didn’t really send much info along the way. The product itself might be totally fine, but the shipping experince was not great at all. I’d prob think twice before ordering direct again
